Prologue This document has been generated to stimulate debate between the historic and collector movement and the relevant bodies under the Department of Transport with a view to ensure that we are pulling together for the overall benefit of South Africa. In this document we will highlight some issues that appear to be arising and propose some solutions that could work to assist all parties. A successful outcome will be agreement by all parties to continue formal debate in a working sub-group possibly including representation from government departments, to create a basis for a rational and considered approach.>>>> read more. SAMCA has finalised the SAMCA approved Alexander Forbes Insurance Collectors Car insurance offering. All procedures are in place and ready for members of SAMCA affiliated clubs to obtain quotations to cover their classic cars. The product has been designed by SAMCA to meet the specific needs of our members. A major benefit of the scheme is that clubs can earn revenue from every policy taken up by members.
